Project overview
Plumbing and natural gas estimate for a new full-service restaurant in Kissimmee, Florida. A plumbing contractor needed the full Division 22 scope priced from the drawings, including the grease waste system and kitchen gas, and turned into a proposal ready to send to the GC.
Scope of the estimate
- Sanitary, grease waste and vent piping in no-hub cast iron, with floor drains and floor sinks
- Domestic cold, hot and recirculating hot water in Type L copper, with valves and insulation
- Natural gas piping in Schedule 40 black steel, with kitchen equipment connections
- Fixtures, water heaters, grease interceptors and backflow preventers per the fixture schedule
