Bid Proposal Preparation

Submission-ready proposals formatted to the bid documents, not a generic template.

GCs level dozens of sub bids in a week, and the easy-to-level bid gets remembered. We format your proposal to match the invitation to bid exactly: their alternate numbering, their unit price schedule, their required acknowledgments, so your number is never set aside for being hard to compare.

The scope letter is where bids are won and disputes are avoided. Ours state inclusions and exclusions in plain trade language, with clarifications that protect your margin without reading as hedging.

Formatted to the bid documents

If the ITB asks for alternates in a specific order, unit prices in a specific schedule, or acknowledgment of addenda, the proposal matches it line for line. Nothing for the GC to chase.

Scope language that holds up

Inclusions and exclusions written the way the trade talks, specific enough to settle the argument before it starts. No boilerplate that says nothing.

Tracked through bid day

Addenda land late by design. We track them through the bid window and update the proposal and pricing, so the version you sign reflects the documents as they stand at deadline.

Common questions

Do you submit the bid for us?

No. You review, sign, and submit. We prepare everything to the point where submission is a ten-minute task, but your name goes on the cover sheet, so the final review is yours.

Can you work from our existing estimate?

Yes. If you have a priced estimate and just need it turned into a compliant proposal package, that is a common engagement.

What about last-minute addenda?

Send them as they land. During an active bid window, addenda updates and the revised proposal turn around the same day.

Have a project to price?

Send the plans and get a fixed-fee quote back within hours. See recent work in the portfolio or read how pricing works.
