Most takeoffs and estimates are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Larger multi-division projects typically take 3 to 5 business days. You get a committed date before work starts.
How much does an estimate cost?
Most projects are a fixed fee based on scope and sheet count, quoted before any work begins. A monthly retainer or an hourly rate are also available if you'd rather work that way; see the pricing page for details.
What file formats can I send?
PDF plans are standard. We also work with bid document packages, spec books, and addenda. If your plans live in a shared drive or plan room, send the link instead.
Is my project information confidential?
Yes. Your plans and bid information are never shared, and we are glad to sign an NDA before you send documents.
