Urban Estimation

Quantity Takeoff Services

Measured quantities from your plans, organized by CSI division and ready to price.

A takeoff is only useful if you can trust it without re-measuring it. That is the standard we build to: every quantity traceable to a colored markup on the plans, every waste factor written down, every judgment call documented where you can see it.

Contractors send us anything from a single-trade scope on five sheets to a full commercial set with three addenda. The deliverable is the same either way: quantities organized the way you price, in the units your suppliers and crews actually use.

Measured against the full document set

We work from the complete set: plans, specs, schedules, and addenda. Scope that hides in a wall section or a spec paragraph gets counted, because the sheets get read, not skimmed.

Your units, your structure

Drywall in board SF, concrete in CY, sitework in bank versus loose CY, clearly labeled. If your team prices from a particular template, we deliver into it.

Auditable by design

Every counted item appears as a colored markup on the plans. What is not colored was not counted, so your senior estimator can verify the work in an hour instead of redoing it in a day.

Common questions

How fast can you turn a takeoff around?

Most single-trade takeoffs are delivered in 24 to 48 hours. Full multi-division sets typically run 3 to 5 business days. You get a committed date before we start.

What do you need from me to start?

PDF plans and the bid documents, plus a sentence about the scope you are bidding. If your plans live in a plan room or shared drive, a link works fine.

Can you work in my takeoff template?

Yes. We deliver into your Excel template, your column structure, and your naming conventions. The native PlanSwift file is included so your team can extend the work.

Have a project to price?

Send the plans and get a fixed-fee quote back within hours. See recent work in the portfolio or read how pricing works.
