Electrical takeoff and estimate for a four-story, 87-room extended-stay hotel in Spring, Texas. Guestrooms were counted by room type and multiplied out floor by floor, then combined with common areas, the electrical service and distribution, and site lighting into one priced bid for the electrical contractor.
Scope of the estimate
- Guestroom power and lighting, counted by room type on every floor
- Common area lighting, receptacles and equipment connections
- Service and distribution: pad transformer, main distribution panel, branch and unit panels
- Site pole lighting and exterior fixtures
