Concrete and masonry takeoff and estimate for the two-story, 11,573 SF Jackson Freestanding Emergency Department at Galiano in Coral Gables, Florida. The scope covered foundations, the cast-in-place column, beam and slab frame through the clerestory roof, reinforced CMU walls and site concrete. Rebar was broken out by bar size and rolled up into a material order summary the contractor could send straight to suppliers.
