Project overview
Interior painting estimate for two three-story public buildings in Newport News, Virginia: the Huntington Center and Huntington Middle School, 219,675 SF combined. Each building was priced on its own sheet, with gypsum, CMU and epoxy wall coatings, ceilings, and doors and frames broken out by room and finish. Site items and four bid alternates were priced separately so the contractor could carry them as add-ons.

- High-performance epoxy wall coatings in wet and high-traffic areas
- Ceilings, doors and hollow metal frames
- Dumpster enclosures, bus shelter, and steel columns and deck at outdoor structures
